Calm Assurance
God is my high tower, a refuge in time of trouble.
When I feel anxious and overwhelmed, God has promised to fill me
with His peace that passes understanding.
He shelters me from the torment of my worry
and restores me once again to soundness.
He has promised never to leave me and to be always available
to help me when I cry out to Him.
God is faithful.
Although I am so overwhelmed with the things happening right now
and so anxious to understand the purpose and will of the Lord, I
know He understands what I’m facing today.
He knows the boundaries of my strength and courage.
I reach out to Him and He reaches out to me with His peace.
"I thank you Lord for letting me feel Your calm assurance that with
You I can handle whatever life dishes out."
